Our field operations are overseen by Chimeremeze Chizitere Nwaigwe — the Fisher of Riches.
From Umudim, Ikeduru LGA, Imo State, he’s an agro entrepreneur with 10+ years in fish farming. He oversees processing and distribution to ensure every product meets Fishaer’s standards for size, taste, and freshness.

Fishaer Vendor Agreement and policy.

1. Listing Requirements:
   • Accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing within range of what Fishaer has given.
2. Delivery Terms:
   • Deliver within agreed timeframe depending on location of pickup.
   • Proper packaging to ensure product freshness.
3. Payment Terms:
   • Fisher holds payment until customer confirms delivery.
   • Payouts is instant after confirmation, minus 10% commission.
4. Liability:
   • Vendors responsible for product quality and timely delivery to pick up location.
5. Commission:
   • 10% commission on each sale
6. Disputes:
   • Fisher mediates disputes; decision is final.
7. Logistics: You must have a very secured and safe means of delivery. ( Live fishes must be in water till delivery destination if it’s within Abuja)
8. Loss/Damage* – If live fish dies within delivery hours, their must be a refund for product cost or replace product if possible – Customer must provide proof (photos/videos) for claims before confirming order.
9. Delivery money is included in payment and needs to be stated on the website together and note that fisher has nothing to do with how much you charge for delivery
